2.1 Information You Provide

• Project Assets: Screenshots and backgrounds you import, plus app briefs, overlay titles, and store listing copy you write
• Project Files: Project data saved as .asnp packages in locations you choose
• Purchases: Lifetime membership and K Coin transactions processed by Apple

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Device Information: Device model, OS version, app version, and similar basics for compatibility
• Usage / Diagnostics: Performance or error logs when needed to improve the app

2.3 AI-Related Processing

When you actively use AI to generate or polish listing copy or overlay text, related content is sent to our connected AI service. Rule-template generation runs locally and does not require the network.

Important: Content leaves your device when AI is used. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information. If the network or balance is insufficient, the app can fall back to rule templates without blocking export.

III. How We Use Information

• 1. Core Features: Store-image layout, overlay editing, listing generation, and export to Connect specs
• 2. Local Project Management: Saving and managing assets and copy in your .asnp files
• 3. AI Services: Optional copy generation and polish when you enable AI

IV. Storage and Security

• Local Projects: Screenshots, backgrounds, overlays, and listing copy are primarily stored in .asnp files you control
• No Default Content Harvesting: We do not upload your project assets by default to our servers for content analysis or advertising
• Third-Party AI: When AI is enabled, related copy is processed under the provider's policy
• Payments: In-app purchases are handled by Apple; we do not receive your full payment card details

V. Third-Party Services

• App Store / StoreKit: Distribution and in-app purchases (Lifetime membership, K Coins)
• AI Services: Optional copy generation and polish (only when you use them)

These services have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their documentation.

VI. Your Rights

• Access & Correction: Open your .asnp project anytime to view and edit assets and copy
• Deletion: Delete project content or the entire .asnp file; uninstalling does not automatically delete saved project files
• Disable AI: You may use rule templates only and skip AI features
• Export: Export JPG images and listing fields for App Store Connect

VII. Children's Privacy

We value the protection of children's personal information. If you are under 14, please use this app under the guidance of your guardian. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children.

VIII. Sharing and Disclosure

Except in the following cases, we will not share, transfer, or disclose your personal information to third parties:
