AppSnap 支持哪些设备的商店图？
当前版本支持为 iPhone（竖屏）、iPad（横/竖）与 Mac（16:10 横屏）分别维护截图集，并叠加官方规格机型框后导出。
项目文件如何保存？
AppSnap 使用 .asnp 项目包管理素材与文案。可通过新建、打开、存储与另存为管理项目；卸载应用不会自动删除您已保存的 .asnp 文件。
免费版有哪些限制？
机型框排版、模板、手动叠字与规则文案免费。免费档每设备 Tab 最多 5 张截图，每日 3 次批量导出（单张导出不限）。永久会员可解除截图张数与批量导出日限。
AI 文案如何计费？网络不好时怎么办？
规则模板生成永久可用。AI 生成 / 润色消耗 K 币，且不捆绑订阅。网络或余额不足时会自动回退规则模板，不会挡住导出。
导出尺寸是多少？能直接上传到 Connect 吗？
默认导出扁平 JPG：iPhone 1320×2868；iPad 横 2752×2064 / 竖 2064×2752；Mac 2560×1600。一期不对接 App Store Connect API，导出后仍需在 Connect 中自行粘贴文案与上传截图。

Which store image sizes does AppSnap support?
The current version supports separate screenshot sets for iPhone (portrait), iPad (landscape/portrait), and Mac (16:10 landscape), with official device frames for export.
How are projects saved?
AppSnap uses .asnp project packages for assets and listing copy. You can create, open, save, and save-as. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your .asnp files.
What are the free-tier limits?
Device frames, templates, manual overlays, and rule-based copy are free. Free tier allows up to 5 screenshots per device tab and 3 batch exports per day (single-image exports unlimited). Lifetime membership removes screenshot and batch-export limits.
How does AI copy billing work? What if I'm offline?
Rule templates remain free forever. AI generation / polish uses K Coins and is not bundled into a subscription. If the network or balance is insufficient, AppSnap falls back to rule templates and never blocks export.
What export sizes are used? Can I push directly to Connect?
Default flat JPG: iPhone 1320×2868; iPad landscape 2752×2064 / portrait 2064×2752; Mac 2560×1600. v1 does not integrate with the App Store Connect API — paste copy and upload screenshots in Connect yourself.
Can I reuse iPhone overlays on iPad / Mac?
Yes — you can reuse iPhone overlays onto iPad / Mac by page order to avoid retyping. Exact controls depend on the current in-app UI.
What languages are supported?
The UI can follow the system language or switch between Simplified Chinese and English. In Chinese UI, listing tabs can show Chinese and English side by side.
